As a native San Diegan, Erica has always appreciated living in such a beautiful city. Thus, she decided to set her roots firmly in the place that has give so much to her over the years. The Paragon Group was founded in San Diego in early 2000 by Erica with a simple mission in mind. She desires to help individuals and businesses achieve their ultimate in financial success. Preparation and proper accounting practices, she believes, are what pave the way for her clients freedom.

Arthur Javier

Arthur Javier was born in Manila, Philippines. As a toddler, he, his mother and father moved to the United States where opportunity was abundant.

Art graduated Cum Luade with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from National University and then returned to school to graduate with Distinction obtaining his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Management.

Art was asked to join The Paragon Group, INC in the spring of 2008 to partner with Erica Martinez. He has enjoyed preparing and reviewing taxes for over a dozen years, and is a Registered Tax Preparer with the California Tax Education Council.

Art has previously worked in the areas of management, operations and financial analysis with organizations in the private sector, as well as government and non-profit since 1995.

Art is the current Treasurer for San Diego Creative Community Solutions, a not-for-profit organization. He is also a member of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to his career in the tax field and finance industry, Art is an avid snowboarder, riding terrain in various locations throughout North America. He also volunteers as a math tutor, sharing his knowledge and love of mathematics. Art also enjoys mountain biking, golf and Padres games, traveling and spending time with his wife, Seher.

Art helps clients find the balance between taxes and credit. He is very personable and works hard to please each and every client of his. Along with his passion for helping clients and his strive for excellence Arthur will help you be successful as well.
